Step 1. Select the correct form based upon your child's age as of April 30, 2010 Fill it Out Completely and mail it to us at the address below with the correct fee Click Here for the Fee Schedule For T-Ball (Ages 5 & 6) Click Here For International (Ages 7 & 8) Click Here For Minors (Ages 9 & 10) Click Here For Majors (Ages 11 & 12) Click Here Note if you are a returning T-Ball player and you wish to play in the International B League (Advanced T-Ball) use the International Form ($120 Fee Applies)	If You Would Like to Sponsor a Team ! Step 2. Fill out the Medical Form On Line and Print (Little League Web Site)	Step 1. Print the Form and Fill Out Completely 2010 Team Sponsor Form
Step 3. Fill out the Volunteer Form On Line and Print (Little League Web Site) (Required for Coaches, Managers, Snack Bar and all volunteers having direct contact with players)	Step 2. Enclose your Check for $325.00 Made out to FELL Mail to the PO Address Below
Step 4. √ Check for completion √ Registration Form √ Medical Form √ Volunteer Form √Correct Fee including the mandatory $25 Fundraiser per family √ Mail to PO Box Address Below	We will attempt to accommodate your first choice for team sponsorships
